| Zack DeLeon is the Director of Single Family
and Commercial Development for Fairfield Homes.
He is responsible for all facets of various real estate and construction
projects including land acquisition, development and design, construction, and
sales. Prior to joining Fairfield
Homes, DeLeon was a land use planner with the Licking County Planning
Commission. He holds a B.A. in
urban and regional geography from The Ohio State University. DeLeon is an active
member of the Lancaster and Fairfield County communities, where he serves on the
Fairfield County Regional Planning Commission, is a charter member and Vice
Chairman of the City of Lancaster Port Authority, and teaches Real Estate
Finance at Ohio University-Lancaster. DeLeon
is also a licensed Realtor with Gorsuch Realty Co. DeLeon resides in Lancaster
with his wife, Nikki, and their three children. |
